The modernly furnished apartment offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates up to five guests. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find an Italian restaurant and a modern communal sauna, which you may use free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedroom 2 with two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people. On the two large balconies with seating and a beach chair each, you can enjoy the sun and fresh Baltic Sea air all day long. Thanks to the central location, you can reach boutiques, restaurants, and cafés in just 1-5 minutes on foot, a bakery in 4 minutes, and a supermarket in 10 minutes. The pier and the beach are about a 7-minute walk away. Connections to the neighboring towns of Binz, Baabe, and Göhren are available via a historic steam train, the local resort railway, or buses. A free parking space as well as storage for bicycles are available on the property. Freshly made beds and towels are included. A dog is warmly welcome in this apartment upon prior arrangement.
